get cams and fuel pump. Turbotrix has a good reputation and you should be happy. Just make sure to not push your AFRs too high for safety purposes.

you can not go wrong with the guys at tt.......call mark up he will answer all questions and if there is any doubt just stop by there shop and just look at all the crazy stuff they are working on and you will know that you made a good choice.. i would start with a turbo back, then downpipe, cams and the bov (only if the bov is not holding boost)...forget about the piping for now and of course the flash....

forgot the whole fuel pump thing, you will need that and you might want to consider a boost controller

By definition, a "turboback" includes a downpipe. They are not separate pieces.

Drop the pipes and IC idea, then add a Walbro, an MBC, and do cams later when you have more money...

I highly recommend tt. They are cool guys. If you are planning on buy parts within your budget I would agree with wartalon:

1. turboback(do not get a high flo cat, testpipe is my recommendation)
2. mbc and boost gauge(if you don't already have one)
3. fuel pump
4. cams(if in your budget)
If you start off with those parts and get flashed you will be pretty happy(for a little bit)
