P.S.

Dont buy and VIII!

You might as well get the IX or wait for the X.

Just my opinion!

For a new MR?

If that is the case it's worth it for just about anyone to call this dealer and work out a sale with him/her.

Personally I wouldn't go buy a NEW 8 or 9 right now. As mentioned above the 10 will be released in less than a year. There is no reason to suck up the depreciation on the OLD EVO when the new one is right around the corner.

These cars are made to take a beating. If you really want one go buy a slight used 05 and save yourself the $10k you waste on buying a new MR.

Yeah, it was brand new off the show room floor with 7 miles. I have bought quite a few cars there so I get a loyalty discount which equated to $33,500. Then I had received an offer in the mail for $500 off their lowest price and pulled that trump card out at the very end which ended up being $33,000. Jeff Krause is the person I worked with and been very happy with him and the dealership, Dahl Motors in La Crosse WI. He did say they never sell for under invoice so I got lucky but $33,500 would still have been a great price. I am happy I bought the VIII MR as there is estimated to be less than 1,200 of them.

No way I could include TTL in MSRP pricing!

I will tell you this though. You pay for your TT&L in your state FL if you buy one from TX!

I think you got a fair deal!

Best regards,

Everyone should post their APR's also so we can calculate who actually paid the least.

gato9lives I think the MSRP are on the website(unless these are wrong):

http://www.mitsubishimotors.com/lanc...on/index.html#

31,399 for an GSR (which matches edmunds.com)

Someone else pmd me with the same question. Yes the price I gave is out the door price. They gave me the only one they had on their showroom for invoice + tax + title, which came out to $31,292 OTD. DCEvoClub has a deal with DarCars in Silver Springs MD, which will get you any GSR IX for invoice + $500 + Tax & Title out the door. Well they couldn't find the color I wanted (GG) after a week so I was about to take my deposit elsewhere and they gave the silver one on their show room with 3 miles on it for invoice.

It also helps that 5 of my really good friends bought their evo 8s from there and probably another 15 dcevoclub members have purchased either their 8s or 9s from the same place...

Hope that helps!

34Turbo- I am not trying to bust your *****, but your numbers don't add up. If you did truly pay only 31,292, not only is that an awesome deal, but it's below invoice. Invoice is about 30,188 x 5% tax(1,509), title transfer is 140 or 240 with a new plate. That alone would come out to 31,837 and that is with out dealer fees and destination which I'm sure some could get around. So it looks like 500 under invoice if you ask me. Like I said, I'm happy for you, I just don't understand your numbers.
