im looking for a black or red evo, no sunroof w/cf spoiler for MSRP or less in MD, I work for Rockville Mitsu/Hersons Honda (actually Honda ) but Mitsu's red evo is perfect except I saw people eating in it and I saw people ragging the car on test-drives.... my freind Mike works for Carmax in laurel

Our EVO parts line will be a bit different from our WRX parts line as the EVO clearly needs fewer parts to reach our overall goal for the car. My personal goal is 11.5@125mph. I know that the EVO is capable of faster time slips, but I’ll leave Magnus and Buschur (our dealers by the way) to peruse them.

We have some experience with the EVO7 in Australia, and as such should have an exhaust system and a FMIC ready for it in fairly short order. The UTEC is going to take a bit longer, but I am sure that Pete is up to the task. He and Russ will be making a trip over to the states to help us get the UTEC project off the ground.

I am also in the process of working out a turbo conversion kit for the EVO that will let us step away from the reverse rotation unit that comes from the factory. This will be the key to achieving our time slip goal with the EVO. I’ll post more on that at a later date.

 

I'm trying to get an Apex Silver $1000 under MSRP. I've brought it down to $500 under but left the dealer to see how they would react, he. The salesman just called this morning and implied that I would get it at the price I wanted.

I'll let you know how it goes....

Hey if I have a trade in and live in CA can they still work with me. I know they need to perform a full inspection on the trade in but cant someone over here in CA do it and all paperwork just be faxed??? Any info would help, thnx.

 

Sorry guys, it has been real hassle. I've made 6 trips to the dealer and finally drove home..... I can't disclose how much I paid since I don't want to upset some of the owners here, but a lot less than MSRP. Remember the car has been sitting in the showroom for few weeks.

It's one of the dealers on the boycott list. Darcars in Silver Spring, MD. They do have a black one but you gotta act fast. I told them my brother is looking for a black. Just tell them you're my brother.

I just found bad oil leak after I drove home, I can't believe it! It's a brand new car! Well, that's another issue.

wow... thats terrible... DARCARS... my freind used to work there... Black is cool, I wanted Black, chose red on account of scratches and things...

Where are good places in Mont County to go for tuning? I live next to ALTERED ATMOSPHERE, but dunno if they have EVO experiance...I kinda know their manager.
