You have more mods than I can even imagine, plus your new mods are things I've never heard of, so I think it's time you slow down and work on the driver mod. Anyone can slap a ton of mods on his car, but being able to actually use those mods is another thing altogether. You have a great combination of mods so far, imo, but perhaps a driving event or driving school would a good place to spend money next?

Driving events are what I bought the car for. Spring time it will be either Drag Strip/Track Event/AutoX every weekend. I just want to have the car all set and done this winter break and then come spring time I can start really using it all. Right now I am at college and only use the car for spirited drives and commuting. I got 9600 miles since Aug.

Sounds like a good plan, but all I see is an abundance of power mods, many of which will not be particularly useful or needed when doing the real racing. At the drag strip, yeah, you'll have everything you need, but pretty much NONE of those mods will help when autocrossing, unless you haven't listed your handling mods (coilovers or springs, race rims, race tires, swaybars, strut bars, undercar braces, brake pads, brake lines, etc). Similar case with road racing...the power mods will definitely help in certain parts, but the most important mod for that is a set of race tires. Next most helpful would be suspension. Suspension mods, imo, shouldn't be done until you know what you need after racing a while, though. You first learn to max out the ability of the stock suspension, then you tailor an aftermarket setup to your strengths/weaknesses.

Yea the only suspension mods I have is tanabe GF210 springs but I don't plan on doing anything else till I get some time under my belt and set up the car as I like. I may eventually do a rear sway bar but I am going to hold out for a little till I see if the understeer becomes a problem for me. I will be getting new tires and rims most likely for the track in the spring (probably another set of stockers with some sort of R compound). When my brakes are shot i am going to get some new two piece rotors and project mu pads along with braided steel lines.

For this entire season, I used a set of stock-size Rota Torques ($150/ea) that were the same weight and color as my MR's BBS rims. I wrapped them in Kumho Ecsta V700 R-comps and did very well with them by winning a few autocrosses and whooping some booty at the road course. On my 5th session at the road course, I finally blew the tread off a tire, but they served me well through tons of racing. I plan on doing an even better set of r-comps for next season, since now I know how to use them and know that there is more room for improvement over the V700s.

If I were you, I'd try to get a set of 17X9 with 255-width r-comps. I wish I had have done that instead of the 17X8s, but I think you can still fit 255s on stock size...just not as well as on 17X9s.

I agree with this. I found in my experience very early on that the Evo understeers at its limit, which is why I suggested a rear sway, but I would hold it there. You would greatly benefit from a set of second hand wheels that can be junked up. Look for some junker 17x9s and pick up some shaved Toyo RA-1s. They make ALL the difference.

A fond memory of mine was being at the track with an Evo MR owner. He had a good 10k+ under the hood with crap tires and just some Tein springs. He had so much power and very little control. He ended up being kicked out of the event because he was hazardous to those around him.
