Would there be any benefit to adding a vortex generator to an RS without a sploiler? tia

Probably not... But hell, why add one to a Lancer OZ like what I want to do since I never really hit 100mph anyways. If you think it looks good, do it.

Are you sure? vortex generators were designed for more downforce making a slower top speed

You are correct, the purpose is to cause air disruption over the rear wing. An RS doesnt have one so it wouldnt cause any additional downforce, so your max speed probably wouldnt be affected that much. John

I don't think it would have any measurable effect since it was designed to work in conjunction with the rear wing. They are on airplanes for the same reason.
