Picked up a new Evo at my grocery store

BAM!

It's by "Boley", 1:24 scale, and it was $8.88 at "Ingles" grocery store chain here in Robbinsville, NC. It has clear panels in the hood so you can see the engine. There are small lights (not LEDs but tinted blue) in the headlights, under carriage, and stereo amplifier on the back deck (there are no back seats) that light up for about 20 seconds when you push a red button on the bottom. It has brown interior (yuk) with red racing seats, and TWO naws bottles mounted right behind the seats!

I have that same one, but blue. My wife picked it up for me at a gas station on the way to LA!

I have seen these at a little store here in florida, They also had a blue STI and a S15 Silvia, They are weird looking but they actually have the car's real engines, The silvia had a sr20 and the Sti Had the EJ25. I have yet to see a reall good diecast, The best I have seen is my Jonny lighting Evo,lol.

Don't really see myself playing with them, (34 y.o. ) but I do plan to paint up a few. Something to do over the slow winter.

The new Xmod Evo is one I would like to play with though. I have a couple of the first gen xmods all tricked out with AWD, LiOn batteries, aluminum suspension, etc. and they are sick fast. I can drift all over the place, even on our carpet with the drift tires.

Yeah I have about $200 in Atomic Mods upgrades on each car. (try to keep them even for friendly competitions ) I also have a nitro truck, HPI Savage 21 with all kinds of upgrades. I haven't driven anything much recently...the truck kept breaking drive shafts because it was so heavy and the engine was so torqy.

I have 2 traxxas t-maxx's and those are a load of fun.
They cost so much $$$ to maintain.
I also have 2 xmods(yellow skyline and evo mr).
They skyline is heavily modded with awd, stage 2 motors, 5th cell battery kit,etc..
The evo is stock for now...
