Lost APS bov adjustment bolt

Yeah i lost it. I was adjusting it and i guess i went to far and it fell off going down the road! Anyone with a APS bov can you check the size of the bolt and get a height measurement of the bolt? It shouldn't be that thick. I think the size might be 8mm not sure. Just want to know before heading to autozone of somethign...

Anytime!!

Let me know if you have problems tracking down the correct bolt.

Make sure you get something that you can lock the adjustment down and use a stainless bolt to prevent galling of the threads.

I doubt autozone will carry the exact bolt, with the allen head adjustment capabilities. They may carry a plain stud in the right dimensions, but I'd go a bit longer, because you'll either end up double nutting it, or worse, putting a pair of channel locks on the end of the bolt to screw it in/out. Going a bit longer will give you room to do what you need to do (get it adjusted right) if it doesn't have the allen head adjustment machined in.

Well the way I would recommend getting it perfect is to buy a long bolt cut it to length dremel a flat head screw into the top and then get a nut to lock it in.

I am kinda lost here.

That spec is for the adjustment nut with the hex key in the head of it. If you lost the locking nut just buy one with that is size 8x1.25 stainless
