just drive really slow and give yourself plenty of time to stop.... I was driving my gs eclipse with tires that where like slicks... totally bald. It was scary but as long as I went really slow it was okay... needless to say I bought some new tires. The evo does not have winter tires and I drive it in the winter... just carefully.

My advice is to experiment and learn what snow driving is about
like start to go and slam the breaks and notice how you wont stop.
Dont go above 20mph.
When you come to complete stop try to make the slowest start possible if you over throttle it you'll be slippin all around the road.
