We have return policies too but if it is going to cause someone a problem we work with them and make them happy. All you guys have done is spout off about policy and what YOU will do to JARROD if he tries to get his money back. Not cool.
Moderators, sorry, but we didn't have time to repsond to his responses with the facts. As you can see there are many unhappy people and their products do suck. I'll buy their advertising space and you can ban them, that will save others from being ripped off.

I felt bad for J ROD as he was very excited about his new purchase - only to discover that he had bought something that was total garbage
I was shocked at the poor quality and miserable apperance and asked J rod why he had not just bought an OEM original Evo IX front bumper
The evo IX bumper is really nice - I think its a great addition and I will be adding one to my own car - but the OEM origional one is going to cost you less than this POS one plus the esitmated 10 hours of body repair to get it straight - plus the fact that the first time someone TAPS you in a parking lot this POS unit will crack in 1,000 bits
The miserable POS that he had bought did not belong on any evo
In fact - I dont think it even belongs on a rat *** old junk year civic
I am pleased however to learn that david plans a counter top - another piece of automotive art from BR ! However - I hope you paint it a different color than the **** yellow it comes in

I have only meet Dave and Jarrod once face to face (At the Ghost bar in the Palms) but I am glad to see Dave taking care of his employees the way he has shown here. It just shows what kind of person he is
