My friend's wing on his 03 has major peeling on his centerpiece. He's planning to just strip the whole thing off and re-clear it with the raw CF. His car is black so I guess it would work better, unless you want the jdm MR look on your silver.
I'm guessing the 06 wings might be cheaper than the 03-05 since the new ones is not all CF like ours. Best option might be to have yours re-cleared on the center section. Unless you want to buy someone's used wing. Or how about the Evo7 wing with the adjustable center section.

To answer the above question, yes I think it will help to re-clear the wing so it's thicker and help protect the CF.
From a friend of mine that works for Mitsu, the company use a supplier that used to make tennis rackets for the CF wing so that's what happened
Quoted from Mistu's website. I Believe this would apply.

The factory only covers corrosion perforation. That means a panel rusting from the inside out. Not clear coat degradation. 2 completely different things. The problem you are all talking about would be a basic warranty, 36/36 item only.

The rear wing is NOT available in parts, only as an assembly.

Is the carbon fiber ok on this spoiler. If so do you want to sell it?

Does this mean that my 2003 Evo wing is covered at 35000 miles.

If your dealer tells you it is covered, it's covered. Keep in mind that the warranty is 3 years or 36k miles whichever comes first. What month and year did you buy it? If you purchased it after January 11 2003 you are good to go for the time coverage part of the warranty.
