I just stopped by the Roseville Ca Automall on the way home from a late dinner. They have a new 2006 black GSR w/ssl. It only has a $4995 mark-up.

The real bargain was a used 2005 ww GSR. It has only 27,308 miles. It's rolling on some fairly used Falkens. It's being sold, as is, with no warranty. However, an extended service plan is available. They're only asking $31,995.

How could someone pass that up?

our cars really fetch a really good resale value even after 30K miles, a dealer has the ballz to sell the car at a "new" price...

The SF bay area is nuts for car prices...it is because there are people who will pay the stupid prices. At Concord Mitsu, right by my house, I talked to them about their dumb *** "Bay Area Market Adjustment". I asked how they could jack stuff up like $3,000-$5,000 over sticker... The guy told me "because we can". I told him he was f**king nuts and he told me someone will buy it. He was right, someone did.

Ah yes, . . . The Roseville Automall. Fond memories. LOL

It's like walking into a zoo, where the animals have escaped their cages, and they are eyeing you as dinner.

Do not go there. (Ever)

Yes, it's white. The thing that killed me was the NO WARRANTY, SOLD AS IS placard. Why wouldn't it have some warranty left? What's wrong?

I did, almost $3k less. I guess they can get away with charging that if they're marking up the 06's by $5k.

Some people don’t care .They want to be the first one on their block with the brand new car. Almost all car dealers mark up the hot new cars.
