2 reasons:

1) It was useless, and
2) We have ACD, which is far more useful, and the ACD reservoir is located where the IC sprayer tank used to reside

CO2/N2O sprayers are a pretty good idea, though, from what I hear...

it's less than 400 bucks and they claim 52 hp on their website but I am guessing in my situation I live in the desert maybe 25 to the wheels I am assuming it would cool the ambient air? anybidy know anybody with one of these and has data logged their results? thanks

The problem with this type of system is that it is not sustainable. It is fine to cool a charge for a run down the 1/4 but for road racing it is useless. I prefer my mods to be usable every day on the street and also at the track.

I wouldn't bother with any of that stuff, just buy a better IC if you want cooler temps

But how come the JDM models( e.g. mine) have the ACD, S-AYC and Intercooler sprayer?

wouln't using a CO2/N20 intercooler spray kit makes your engine run lean since the ecu calculate air density with the air temp sensor in the MAF unit, so the ecu would not see any change in air temp after the MAF unit and would not make any fuel/timing adjustments. not sure if this is the case, just a thought.

Not sure, but on the USDM models, the ACD reservoir replaced the IC sprayer tank. I don't know how they configure the JDM models so that all of those tanks and reservoirs fit in the engine bay.
