Hate this time of Year!

Nothing life altering here. Just thinking about how I don't like the winter that much. I don't drive the Evo much at all this time of year. It just hangs out in the garage. I am waiting for my new boost gauge, and mbc. Both of which I already had, just felt like getting new ones. I want to drive the car so bad, but there is so much sand, salt, and ice on the roads. Plus I don't have snowtires.

Yeah I know exactly what you mean! Mine has been in the garage under the car cover for about three months now. I guess looking on the bright side, its a good time for performance upgrades!

the only thing i hate this time of year is how dirty my car looks, and there's no use to washing it.

I am up in New Hampshire. Actually the weather here hasn't been to bad. When I put the Evo away for the winter it was in serious need of a wash. I didn't want to drive it to the local do it yourself car was along the dirty roads, plus think those brushes you use can beat up your car if they have dirt caught up in them. Fortunately a couple of weeks ago we had a nice 50 degree saturday and I pulled it out and washed it. I used to live in Cali, can't beat the weather in the valley.

Be glad you live in the north, due to the warm weather down here in Florida we are already getting pollen from the plants. I just washed my car over the weekend and yesterday I walked to my car at lunch time to find a layer of green on it, now I'll have to almost hose my car everyday to keep that stuff off, luckily I'm not allergic to that like many others I know here.

good I hate that. my black evo is going to have a green haze to it come April/May... plus i'm alergic to that stuff, and if it gets in my eyes i have to shower almost immediately to make the burning stop. if i'm wearing my contacts i have to take them out immediately
