I feel bad for the family of each of these kids. I think I am just going to keep my yellow baby locked away in the garage for a while longer now lol.

these cars have way too much power....inexperience drivers beware..i'm 19 myself but i've been driving since i was 13 and am super careful. i've had a few cars and the evo really is the scariest to drive...it requires the drivers full attention on the road.... Condolences to the family
RIP

Thats really scary. That is like 30 miles from where I live. I actually work in Charlotte. I have never met those guys but I've seen a yellow Evo around. That was probably it. I feel for their families. Everyone be careful it's been a bad few days.

I know some of the younger guys say they get a bad rap, but here are the ages of the people that died: 21 (driver), 20 (passanger), 19 (driver), 18 (passenger). Drive safely and at least take a driver education course.

Sad to read about. R.I.P. Pray for the families for an unnecessary loss.

Recent Deaths in Evo's

I agree with one of the other posts about taking high speed runs to any of the road course driver education events available across the country. Running at the limit on back roads at night to enjoy the thrill of fast cars is gonna cost lives. My rule of thumb is to run 10 mph over the speed limit on the street and never faster. Keep the lurid four wheel slides at 90 mph at the track 8 times a year.
