Exclamation Becareful out there, especially young people

I saw this on the news yesterday and thought I should post it .

http://www.news14charlotte.com/conte...112044&SecID=2

First off, God rest their souls and take care of their families.

I know a lot of younger people on here get all pissed off when some of us old guys tell you to take it easy on the street and be responsible but, this is an example of what can happen when you get it wrong.

I know that it could have just as easily been a 30 year old instead of a 19 year old that this happened to and that not all young people are reckless. I'm not too much of a hypocrite to admit I did my fair share of stupid sh*t when I was that age and no one could tell me "how it is". Now that I'm a bit older I can see how the dumb things I did that luckily ended up OK for me and most people involved could have ended like this.

So, don't get all pissy when someone tries to tell you something you don't want to hear. It's not that we are being hard on you, we're just trying to look out for you.

I'm thinking that I will wash the car sunday and then put her in the garage for a while. Yellow must be vexed.

So sad, all these wrecks. Sadder still, is the fact that these guys had their whole lives in front of em yet.

Both recent incidents had two people in the car.

Maybe the driver getting crazy while impressing the passenger?

thank God I have a silver Evo. But everyone here knows that silver is the safest color. Red, naturally, is the fastest color.

Very sad to hear. Condolences to the family.

A 286 hp EVO is a lot of car to put in the hands of a 19-year-old.
