Get a second job and pay off all your bills. After you've paid everything quite the job and mod your evo only with cash in hand. No car is worth going into debt over (minus car payment)...

i just picked up my 03 and luvving evry minute of it. gonna pay off my credit cards(almost there-finally) and then gonna realy try to knockoff some of this car loan with a mod here or there when I can afford them. Just pay the car off and mod when you can. LvNvevo is right its not worth it to get into c.c. debt for a bunch of mods.

as long as you stay out of debt, choose what you like. From what it seems, i wouldnt think about getting the evo IX unless you CAN afford it. (AFTER all your other expenses). You know your own personal finance better than we all do. My advice would be (if you can) to just keep the evo stock as is and take care of what you need to. Jumping into another (more expensive) car or modding your car with money you dont have is how you become broke. Dont be a broke thinker. Think about what you need first, not what you want.

So where did your debt go after you died?

so true, getting a second job for moding is fooish/crazy.
