Who Enjoyed The Rolex
Hey was anyone at the Rolex, I saw 3 other Evos besides mine just want to see if it was anyone from here. The races were great for anyone that did not attend. Lots of action and great cars.

I seen an EB w/ yellowed headlights and red ralliart mud flaps, didn't see yours. Seen waaaay too many Sti's there. I worked on a BMW GT team - representing Evolutionm.net (t-shirt) and a WORKS hat for the race and not one comment-LOL.
I have a load of pics...

The closest I got to there was at the timing and scoring building near pit out. Most of the time I only watched the pit cart monitor or the front straight out of the pit. The Blue M3 is the one that one of Ganassi's cars T-boned about hour 4.5, the second M3 went out with electrical problems late that night.
The Red Bull team 997 was in the garage space next to us. We had to have the cars pushed up to the grid by 10:30a.m. and at 10:15a.m. the Red Bull team was preparing to change the engine. They made the rear of the start at noon. Either Austrian or German pit crew under the car while scalding hot fluids dumped on them. They thought they had the coolant leak fixed by the time Grand am kicked everyone out of the garage 8:00 pm friday night. They wouldn't let anyone in until 7:30a.m. sat. morn. and at 10:15 they pulled the sides off a crate motor for installation. What a mad house!
I can't get over the amount of 24k gold used on the DP cars for heat insulation.
