i know what the actually differences are but as far as performance parts what parts are different for these cars? Like wil a turboback for the evo 8 also fit a MR? i would also like to know any other parts that are different thanks.

 

Well! I can tell you that the MR tranmission cost more then the regular evo, the clutch replacement labor will also cost a little more, the BBS rim is also cost more to replace. Beside those, all the bold-on stuffs should be the same.

 

Performance parts are almost identical for the Regular Evo and the Evo MR except the short throw shifter and some downpipes and maybe the tranny oil but I am not 100% sure on the last one.

Maintenance wise, the Evo MR clutch labor is one hour more expensive. That is about all I know.
