my CEL is on and i know its because of this.... anytime i reach a higher RPM it feels like i'm hitting a wall, Jarrod from buschur says it might be fuel cut....

You need to tee into the line that runs from the manifold to the BOV. If you need pics of this search the how-to section for Hallman MBC install.
