just need some help...

well i bought the Buschur Deluxe intercooler with lower IC piping but i'm having fitment issues... it seems that i'm missing an elbow... the pic below is from another thread.... anyone else have this problem
the pic shows an elbow already welded on but i have a straight cut...



i must say this IC looks insane... awesome work

The Intercooler doesn't come with the piece welded on. It just has a 3 inch or so piece sticking out, like on the other side, and then you should have a 90 degree piece that attaches.

 

but i dont have a 90 degree piece.... was it supposed to come with it?

You should ask Buschur directly. Would proably give you a better answer.

This is the Deluxe I just received. The piping that should have come with it is lying in front of it. BTW does yours have mounting brackets on the top and both sides or just the top and one side?

 

yeah then i didnt get that piece.... i didnt really pay any attention to the mounting backets.....

i'll probably end up going to an exhaust shop and have them bend one up for me... 3 in. correct? how long is this pipe?

or hopefully buschur overnight me one...... this single piece is what is keeping my at the body shop... i want my car already....

well its 8:10PM EST.... unfortunelly buschur closes at 6 PM EST.....

and i have called them earlier today, but i didnt know i was missing a piece until NIevo posted a pic, thanks by the way

it is not 3" it might be 2.5 but i think it's 2

With the new desing there are now two pipes that come with the deluxe fmic. There was a mix up in shipping, but the other pipe will be there by noon....or so ups gaurantees Let me know if there is anything else that you need.

 

Buschur always coming thru in a pinch gotta love this company

ok..... i got the elbow... the car feels alot stronger... but i need help with one more thing.... well as most of you know the buschur LICP does not have a nipple on it to connect a hose.... buschur said to connect it to the BOV.... can anyone help me on this? pics.... anything, i would do it myself but i dont know what extacly to do....

my CEL is on and i know its because of this.... anytime i reach a higher RPM it feels like i'm hitting a wall, Jarrod from buschur says it might be fuel cut....

help me out guys....
