Mitsubishi does not back there product and it sucks for us.
If you look in your owners manual it says you need to wax your carbon fiber wing. If you don't properly maintain your wing it will start to fade. Didn't your salesman go over that with you? Do your brakes work properly? Are you going to complain about the manifold rusting too???
Man, I feel really bad for all of you who have experienced bad service. I must be lucky to have a "good" dealership (so far) that will take care of things. I actually had to take my car in a couple times already, first they thought it was my wastegate, so they replaced that. Then the wastegate solenoid went bad, and while they were fixing that they found the turbo was a bit damaged so they decided to order a brand new turbo and whatever else they needed and replaced it all within a week and a half. These guys are great to me! But man I can't understand why they all aren't like this. Good luck to you all.

I actually called Brembo a while back. Just to see what was up. They said they're aware of the defect but it was Mitsubishi's fault not their's. They actually apologized. That was it. I'm not saying it's the end of the world or anything. I just don't feel like fixing them myself. I'm tired of hearing "dang, what did you do to your calipers?"..... I just say STFU
(Im a mechanic so I know how to clean a freakin rim....h2o.......)

Just thought I would throw in a contribution. So far I've had good luck with my dealer. I've had the car just under a year and so far they have:
-Replaced the wing because of a faded spot.
-Replaced a tire. One of my tires was balding prematurely and they told me it was due to me not rotating my tires so I brought it in a couple of times with proof of the rotation and they claimed my alignment was fine. On my third trip they thought to do a four wheel alignment and saw that by rear was off, the manager called me and said they fixed it and replaced the tire for me. *jaw dropped*.
-Replaced a rim that one of their machines put a few small chips in the lip. (It was ordered, still waiting on it)

I thought the Brembo paint was a special temperature sensitive design to help Mitsubishi detect abuse? Surly Brembo can predict braking temperatures and apply the corresponding paint. If not the design of the brake cooling system is at fault.
