Congrats. I've had my VIII for almost three months and I still get all giddy when I look out the window and see my car. The day I got my car I had it delivered on a flatbed truck (because the dealer was two states away) and I had a lot of trouble falling asleep the night before. (I haven't felt that way since I was about 7 years old on the night before Christmas.) And when the truck finally arrived... I just stood in awe as it pulled up to my door. I still get chills thinking about it. (It took all my power to avoid slamming down the gas and beating on the car right away.... but I broke it in like a good little boy for the first 2,000 miles).

thanks again~ pics of the interior for vwjeff will be coming soon......and since we are kind of on the topic of "breaking in".....i've read alot of things....and i don't really believe in "breaking in" a car like ours.....that doesn't mean i've been punching light to light.....but i've given her a go up to about 6k......reason being my friend who is a mechanic at honda told me that is all bs....and plus i just read in a mag. recently that where the evo's are made in japan, they dyno each car after they are put together.....so doesn't that mean they pushed the car already? well i pray that it won't break down on me! because this car is just toooooooooooo fun on the twisties!!!!!!!!!~ thanks again everyone!
