Every car I have ever bought, I drive it like I stole it, right off the lot. Of course they have all be VW's, plus I work as tech at a VW dealership, and never had a problem. However with the Evo, I would be easy for the first 500 miles. Because I have never owned a Jap car, and I don't feel there machining is as good a germans, but that will not stop me. I remember readind a post on hear a while back about a Guy with an MR that spun a rod bearing at 1200 miles. Everyone one was saying because it was not broken in properly. They maybe right but, alot of other guys including Bushur was saying they drive them hard right off the floor The choice is yours, its under warrenty J/K everyone was saying you lost it when you drove it off the lot. Lets hope not.

Where did you get that license plate mount for the front? Here in MD you have to have a front tag and I will be damned if I will let them just screw it into the front bumper. That mount looks so much better.
