My floormat has a hole and its getting worse. It started around 9-10k. I'm at 18,000 miles now. Mitsubishi would not replace it, I tried.

Yes, it didn't take long at all to rub a hole in my RS floomat. And the floormat is the only place on the whole car it says "Evolution RS"

I just have all weather heavy duty mats in the car. The kind with the deep grooves for catching all the water, grass, ect. 23k miles and the mats are brand new.

I learned that from my z-car I used to own. The hole went straight through the carpet and exposed bare metal. Of course she was 20+ years old....
