New IX GSR, no HID!!! Gotta get some!
Just traded in my 03 Evo VIII GSR this weekend for a brand spankin new 06 Evo IX GSR GG. Love the car but when I turned on the headlights the night I drove it home I noticed that I didn't have HID's. Now I realize that this is on option on the new GSR's but I had it on my 03 and I just can't live without it. What would be the best way of getting HID's in the new Evo. Guess I just can't live without that pretty white light lol.
Thanks guys,

I keep pretty low key. Hardly ever drive it. I'll check the group buys. Are they hard to install?

if u dont want hot spots and some glare for other drivers, do not buy a "kit" for your halogen projectors.
if you want to be oem like me, i bought 04 headlights, used the base/projector from that, put my IX gunmetal housing over it, and used the 06 plastic headlight cover. then i went and bought an OEM hid kit and got it wired up. that way, no cheap zip ties are holding ur ballasts to your car.
