Well, there want be many but you'll find it ... there's always that individual who either is afraid to drive it hard, or just want for whatever reason ... maybe scared to get caught speeding ... geez, what I waste of the best under 30K car on the planet! These people need

My Evo is Black, without the sunroof. Since I plan on doing track events, I needed the headroom with a helmet.
I swore I'd never have a black car again, but man it's beautiful!

If you don't mind me asking, did you sell your SVT or trade it in on your purchase. I currently have an E1 and I have a feeling it is going to take a while to sell it so I was considering trading it in on an EVO. It has about 58k on the odo, is pretty much stock and in Excellent shape all around. I owe about 7k on it, but I don't want to lose my shirt on this deal. The dealership said they would work with me on the trade-in. If you have any insight, please share.

After posting the car on Contour.org for a bit at $10K, I decided to trade it in. I had a few people interested on the website, but the usual, "I'll let you know" and "let me see if I can get a loan" stuff grew tiring. The dealer gave me $8500 without any fighting or haggling, maybe I could have gotten $9000. I had a silver E1 with 52k on it, Brullen exhaust, Eibach springs. I removed the corbeau seat and mounting rails, the KKM cai, and Black SVT rims and put as much of the car back to stock as I could.
And let me say, I don't regret a thing about the trade. No comparison to the new Evo!
