Talking Love my new Evo!!!

WOW!!!

This car is awesome!!!!!

Far better than my Contour SVT was!
Just came back from lunch, some curvy roads and a few yo-boy civics to pass on the straights!! I can't wait to go past 5000rpm!!
As of now I'm nearing 100 miles on the odo, and god I want to floor it!!!
"patience, young Jedi" is all I hear in my mind!

Yeah, I envy all of you who own Evo's. I gotta wait another year or so until I can get my Evo.

Yea but by then there will be an improved version out, or you could save money and buy one from the used market.

CoolGuy ... I assume you will buy blue??? BTW, have you found & decided on an MSRP dealer yet ... or is your evo in transit? Nice work on the dealer strike my friend ... too bad for the war or you could have made national headlines! Too bad I didn't know about this site when I purchased mine a little over 3 weeks ago .... paid 2K over but I did get the one I wanted, and the dealership is right down the street (convenience) ... I guess there is something to be said for convenience ... from a price standpoint that is. Still wish I would have paid MSRP though.

I will more than likely buy a used one anyway. That way I save some money for parts!

But within the next year, Im gonna learn everything that I can about this car and figure out exactly what I want to do to the engine. Its exciting!

Yeah, i'm pretty set on blue. But I like red and silver too! Silver is probably my last choice of the 3 because there are so many of them and I already have a bright red eclipse. So, I think blue is what i'll pick. Funny you ask......I just found an MSRP dealer in CA today! I just need to sell my eclipse then i'm bringing my baby home!!

Good plan Apollo ... just be sure to find one that isn't too beat up or modded ... modding yourself is where all the fun is.

Man, I wish I lived in Cali these dayz because people have a lot more respect for these cars over there. My sis was living in Oak but she just moved to SF. How you found an MSRP dealer out there is beyond me with because of the demand. Why not trade-in your elispse ... you'd probably even out anyway since you wouldn't have to pay as much tax! It's probably modded up though, eh?

Oh, I'd want one with low mileage and one that was broken in and maintained properly. More or less from an older person (not that there's anything wrong with that... ). Something that I know hasnt been beaten up.
