First Ticket in EVO!!!
Hey, I just call it like I see it. I have been screwed by cops before. Since then, I have fought all major citations (guilty or not) and have won, or at least reduced the charges. It pays to fight back!

If you are so smart GSRMIN then why did you wreck your bike ????? Anywho, My 4 beers were well over a 3 hour time period, and someone (me) who weighs 200 lbs, Well you can do the math and see that I was no where near intoxicated and was just having a little fun much like yourself with your bike.

I go to court for every ticket I get in NJ. Some out of state BS tickets i didn't bother fighting because it's a pain to go to court out of state.
Almost every prosecutor I've ever ran into will plea bargain everything with everyone. Sure it's a process and it will kill a few hours one day, but it's better than getting the full points penalty

my first ticket in my evo, illegal u turn. dismissed. LOL!!
that sux. here in VA, reckless can add up to suspended license, jail time, huge fines. depends on how big of an offense. My friend went to jail for it. He was assumed at an average speed of 170 sumthing. (turbo gsr integra). it was an ugly offense lol.

Never drank, smoked, done any drugs, and I'm 34. That junk is a curse on mankind and there are so many better things you can do with that money and so many cooler ways to die. 
And no I'm not religious either...since when did having self-control mean you were automatically religified anyway?

Dude... I understand where you are coming from... listen... take it as a warning... be careful... we all do things we regret... pay the ticket, be glad you did not get a DUI or even worse hurt or kill someone and learn a lesson from the mistake you made... I dont want to see your whip wedged in between two trees on this site with a RIP title... you feel me?
