Not much to compare other than the durometer (whatever it's called) and the price.

The ralliart mounts are full replacement set for all of your mounts. The Powerflex bushings are replacement bushings that take place of your old bushings in your existing mounts...

The Ralliart mounts are similar to the OEM mounts in their design. They are a molded rubber with molded in steel inner sleeve and steel outer sleeve. Because of this they MUST be installed with a press. They are, in fact, only inserts. They are not complete "bolt-in" mounts, which would consist of the bushing and mount assembly. They are higher durometer than OEM and the rear mount is the only one where the design is actually different.

After installing the entire set I can say I love the feel during acceleration. However, I would NOT install these if you aren't a car guy and won't mind some decent vibration in the car. My dash and steering wheel both shake (stock cams, only TBE). Here is a link to a previous post I made with a couple pics.

The Powerflex bushings, as I understand them, are inserts made from polyurethane. They are solid poly and 2 pieces per insert with a slip in steel inner sleeve. Their installation is easier b/c you don't need a press to install the new inserts.

The performance benefit should be the same between the two items. I cannot comment on the cabin vibration of the Powerflex though since I have never seen a car with the whole set. Pricing I would imagine is about the same. Ralliart is around $189 shipped (for all 4) and based on the $50 for one cost of the Powerflex it's total set pricing will probably be the same ($50 x 4 = $200).
