ive got a credit score of like 600 do to wapce. I got 5.25%.. not through the dealer though

 

For those of you quoting the rates you got from a dealer, you do realize that those are negotiable right? Hopefully you didn't just take the first number they gave you.

 

I had no credit when i tried to get my evo 9, i got offered 17% apr, i wasnt surprise since thats what my dad told me i would get.
I just got to get my credit up, then i can get my evo hooray for me!!!!
Ill be happy if I got 9%

 

Or you could join a credit union as well. Get a joint account with your parents and try to establish a history with them. If you got a good history with them and ok or avg credit, they may approve you for a car loan with a relatively good interest rate compared to the dealer when they arent running any promotions or specials. Rates as low as 4 - 4.75% in my neck of the woods.
