How about for AZ? I see you live in AZ. What do you use? I heard Texaco was good, but idk.

Not all 91 gas is the same I learned that when to the Socal Dyno day (3/05/05) at Tunning Techlogies (TT) and got custom tunned by Shiv

I have a stage 1

HKS Exhaust
Helix DP
UR highflow cat
Fidanza Cam Gears
Walbro Fuel pump
K&N drop in filter
NGK Iriduim plugs

The last pull on Chevron (91) I made 284WHP and 290TQ
Chart1

I went back to TT 3/08/05 with 76 gas 91 and I made an avg of 298WHP/298TQ for three runs
Chart2

On 100 I made 324WHP and 311TQ.

The Gas I used in my case made a big difference. I am 76 fan now

I usually fill up at either Chevron or Shell. There aren't many 76 stations around here, but I'll stop there too if I can find one.

I moved here recently and was using any gas station including conoco...until I saw a news article regarding conoco filling stations with 89 or lower....so in other words, you would pay for and pump 91 but getting 89 or lower sometimes. So...I stick with a local shell station and I actually noticed getting about 11 miles or so more per every 11 gallons I used...thought it was a fluke but have been doing so repetitively for the past three tanks.

If your going to be tuned in Colorado, I'm assuming you want a Colorado response.... Phillip 66 is always good.

There is a 76 on Higley and Baseline. I fill up there all the time. But I also live right by it.

I thought chevron since it had all those additives to clean the engine would be better in the long run for an engine; despite gaining extra ponies.

I was told by an Arco/BP rep that all gas is refined the same, it's just the amount and types of additives companies use that set them apart, interesting though, I may try 76 and see what the butt-dyno tells me

I highly doubt youll feel anything in the butt dyno, but maybe if you are trying to tune the car, you can squeeze an extra 10-20 hp out of it because of the better quality gas vs watered down CircleK/AM-PM stuff.
