I bought cams from a member here bspeed I was told they were for an Evo when I got the cams they were not for the Evo. I wrote Dan a letter telling him the problem. He does not want to fix the problem so I am letting everyone know what kind of person bspeed is a thief.....................

If the cams were for the Eagle Talon (4G63 Model)...they won't fit the evo since the 4G63 in the evo is actually transversely mounted. Tell him that it was a mistake...and threaten him

 

I have given him a week to get back to me and told him I would like my money back and this is my pm to him and his responce.

I am not trying to offend you but I was told that they were for an evo and they are not. I don't want to be pushy. As for what happend between you and the other person is not my concern sorry.... but I did my business with you and I didn't get the product promissed. So I am going to send the cams back to you and you can send me my money that is the only correct thing to do.

Okay, I was't there from the start but seeing the guy's reply really upsets me. This 0IQ ar$eface actually thinks he's clever by thinking up some real crap logic. I bet he sees some talon cams for cheap and thinks that evo cams are the same but just more expensive so he tried to make a few bucks.

He's already got his money. You've paid for the cams


So that's basically admitting that it was he who mislead you. Certaintly the original supplier didn't.

And why is this a crappy situation for him? He's got money from selling you stuff which wasn't what he described - and be doing so, he is to blame.

Having said all that, I don't know if there's much you can do. I suppose you could sell it to somebody with a talon. This sucks big time, thanks for the warning, mate.

paypal will not do sh*t believe me all he will have to do is email paypal the tracking number case closed. disput it with your credit card I am a former power seller on ebay and am very familiar with paypal the ONLY way will be to call your credit card. Since he f*ck'd you I would do it back and tell your credit card company he sent you an empty box or ups him an empty box and tell your cc company you mailed it back to him here is the tracking number and he never refunded you!!! good luck
