dont retaliate unless you absolutely know it was him. like the others have said, a smirk does not automatically deem hiim guilty of the crime - you retaliating will be uncalled for and only cause more drama if he didnt do anything. if it was him it would seem really stupid of him to point out the damage to you considering the two of you dont get along and he was parking next to you. just wait for the tape and go to small claims court to resolve the matter.

When I get my evo I am putting a cover over it, theifs dont want to take the chance of taking the cover off, when there is a sensitive alarm on it.
I beleive their was a thread like this earlier where the person wanted advice on how to eliminate this from happenign and how to attain payback. I would do a search and listen to my posts.
