Just registered as a spectator, how is this going to work? Will you guys be checking names at the gates or something?

Yes, there will be a list at the gate

For those that would like to be in the HPDE, it is almost last call. We have opened up the HPDE to a couple other vehicle types as well but would like it to be as much Evos as possible, so if you would like to get in, now is the time

Updates:

Registration for the competition is pretty much over and were are just finishing up a couple. We have created a page for the event that will be online in the next few days and includes all info plus info about the competitors.

The HPDE still has plenty of spots, however in order to get the correct number of instructors and allow time for Seat Time to properly organize the HPDE, we will be closing registration shortly. We have opened the HPDE up to a couple other types of cars of similar speed to fill spaces.

Anyone interested in the show should enter soon to. We have prizes and awards for show classes.

The event will be covered by SCC, Grassroots Magazine, Modified Magazine, and possibly D Sport.

Also, there are still some rooms available at the Fairfield Inn in Camden at a special rate (under SPT Events)

Question what about kids for the spectors?

I am interested in spectating, however I would like to bring my son with me to spectate and support the event. Is this an adults only kinda thing with no safe place for an adult supervised kid?

Kids are fine. It may get a little loud, but nothing like a pro race. There is plenty of room and it shoulodn't be very crowded
