What?

Tuner Shootout
The tuner shootout was created to give Evo tuners a chance to show off their abilities to modify an Evo and compete against other tuners in two classes for the best time.

HPDE
It's also a chance for Evo owners to learn their car's limits (as well as their own) through a controlled track environment. Evo owners will be paired with an instructor (similar to an HPDE event) and will have a chance to drive on track. HPDE entries will not be competing with the tuner cars.

Car Show and National Meet
The weekend will also be host to an all Evo car show featuring multiple awards(Best in Show, Runner up, Performance/Race, JDM), and a national EvoM meet where you can meet other Evo owners from all over

Where?

This year's event will be held at Carolina Motorsports Park.

Track Specs
Length – 2.235 Miles
Turns – 14
Elevation changes – approx 35’

Located 10 miles outside of historic Camden, SC and close to Charlotte International Airport, the Carolina Motorsports Park features a fast and challenging 2.23 mile road course with a great variety of curves, hills, and long straights.

The rules for the shootout are being finalized. Right now it looks like we will have a unlimited class and a street class to keep things fair for all vendors.

This event is open to vendors and evo owners. The vendors will be participating in the shootout and the evo owners will be participating in the HPDE portion. I forgot to add that info up top. It's there now.

Jon K checking in.

I am really looking forward to this event, both as a competitor (In the AMS car) and handling the HPDE portion through SeatTime.

This is going to be a great Event.
