help with bumper

help with bumper

went over the edge of a driveway and hit the lower rear corner of the bumper. looks like i need a new bumper cover doesnt look like there is any frame damage or damage to other panels. anyone know how much it cost to replace ? also, can i get a jdm bumper ? what does it look like ? link or pics please...

damn, was this driveway elevated like 2 feet from the street? how did you wreck your bumper off a driveway? it'll probably very expensive to replace, and the jdm one will probably not fit over the support members that were added to to usdm version rear ends. you could remove these supports, but seeing as you have to negotiate thos killer driveways, i dont recommend it.

Yeah, I actually kinda want a JDM bumper too, but like Thwack mentioned, you won't have the support beams that we have. So if some idiot decides to rear end you, you're screwed. But then, if someone rear ends you hard enough, you're screwed anyway, so... your call!

IMO, it just looks sleeker and flows with the whole car a lot better. Some ppl like the USDM bumper more, actually, but to each their own.

i prefer the usdm rear end.. but then again, i prefer a nice big and round *** versus a small, flat one... i think the japanese feel differently

I like my USDM bumper better too. Their's look like the regular lancers. Our stand out more.
