Another problem with the Evo......help please

I wont get into the whole long story I will give cliff notes

11k tranny grind - fixed it they said
16k clutch **** out
24k gear grind again - contacted said it would be ok was no rush to bring it in. Got the car in a week later they then claimd they couldnt hear it. I went back to the dealer drove the car with them and showed them whre it grinded. They said ok.....take it home we will call you in a few days with a date to bring it back. 4 days went by and I called they made me a appointment for Feb14th. Took it back up and left it. They fixed the "rough feal" when you woudl shift gears. And replaced the clutch (I had to pay for it again......)

So here I am at 25k got my car back just a few days ago had it for 3weeks.

I drive it home in the rain and everything feels good im happy.......

Well last night we had great weather and I have my windows down and when I shift I here "tink, clunk!" ........ So I stop and take off again. Hear the same sound all the way through 3rd gear then I cant hear much cause of the wind and motor wine.

Also when your driving it sounds like something metal is dragging the ground the whole time.

Please help fights with me every time I take it in they hate me they hate my car. They are nothing but *******s and I dont know where to go from here. Another dealer is pretty much out of the question. I already live over an hour from the one I go to and the other closest one is over 3 hours away

sounds like whatever dealership you are taking your car to is incompetent. I'd try a different one...

You should talk to the dealership again...tell them your absolutly ticked about all this...you paid for a brand new car so you would have these problems, tell them you want it fixed and be stern about it. You also want a rental car in the mean time...(it's in your warranty)...Tell them if you dont get it fixed you are going to get a lawyer and claim the car as a lemon...with only 20K miles you've had your car in the shop for how long? Just be very stern talk to mitsu corp, and expain it all to them...they will give you some guidance...make sure you have the last 8 digits of your vin before calling...
