Talking Just got a new ride!

Well, I am now the proud owner of a GG IX MR! I plan to be spending lots of time here, so I thought I'd say hello.

Now what mod is first...

Perrin Shorty, K&N Drop-in, Tint and wait until your break-in period is over to get use to the car before you start modding.

Yeah, of course I will break it in before I mod. First day isn't even over, and already more than 200 miles on her, so that shouldn't take very long.

First day I had mine, I put 200 miles on it. 150 of it was highway though.

Congrats on your IX bro.....

1st mod:
Clear Bra, will keep your front from getting stone chips. That's the first thing I did and it was money well spent.

Well actually the first thing I did was have a Tanabe downpipe installed but that was at the dealer when I bought the car lol.

2nd Mod:
Tint. That's what Im going for so the sun's not blinding my daughter in her car seat.

3rd Mod:
Practice with your new wheels. Maybe even a performance driving class or two at a track if you can afford it.

and lastly, remember.....baby Jesus crys every time you launch your rally car. LOL

A great first mod in my opinion is the Works drop in air filter. I felt the difference, and some cars have dynoed at 10whp+ just with the drop in air filter. First simple and easy modification for a good 10whp gain.
