That leak down is pretty good. I wouldn't worry about a leak.
The AFR .....well I would try to get another reading from another souce. You dont want to pull fuel out and then find out the WB is bad and you have been running your car too lean.

Call me up and let's see what's going on here, sounds very odd. 10.9-11.1 isn't nearly super rich but to cut a long story short, call me up, I am willing to put it back on the dyno and check to see if everything is ok.

Their dyno reads low in comparison to dynojets. Sean tuned my AEM ems on that mustang and the car put down just shy of 385 whp. I was on a dynojet a couple of weeks before and made 440 whp, and my car pulled noticeablly harder after Sean's tune than my previous one. The enviromental conditions were very similar, about 3 degrees differance. With that being said, you really shouldn't base your cars performance off of the dyno #s, its just a tool for tuning.
I think you might have something wrong with your Wideband, a friend of mine has a AEM uego and it is always causing problems. 10 to 1 a/f is the richest value the meter will show. I would troubleshoot the wideband setup if I were you. Either way Sean is a great guy so Im sure if anything is off he will get you where you need to be.

For the record....using standard Vishnu maps on my car on the mustang dyno with tailpipe sniffer provided me with an overall 11.8:1 AFR. I added some fuel in a couple spots specifically peak torque where it went in to the 12s but my ending final tune was 11.5-11:8 to 1 AFRs on 93 octane. My boost peaks to 22PSI and fades to 16PSI at rev limiter. That boost fade is nothing more than the turbo running out of breath and not being able to supply the motor with air. Prior to cams I could hold 21-22 to redline.
