i ordered a bov from them back in aug, got a confirmation on the order but several weeks later after still not having recieved it or an email stating any thing i looked at my cc statement and i had no bill from them. so basically they just forgot about my order i guess and never processed. went ahead and ordered thru another vender. didnt lose any money but proly wont go thru them again. first impressions are lasting impressions!!

im not really complaining, just figured id share. im sure if i ordered something today it proly would work but like i said, i have a bad impression of them now do to that and proly wont deal thru them. im sure they get plenty of buisness and wont miss me at all

i.ve ordered lots of parts from lancer shop and always recieved them within 2 days of ordrering. the only problem like it was stated already are some of the people that answer the phones who take the orders and have no idea of what you,re talking about. it wasnt always like this. I used to order parts from them a while back and it seamed like the person on the other end of the line was an evo person.now when i order anything from them and ask qustions they have no idea what i,m talking about and tell me someone fron the tech dept. will get back to me within 24-48 hrs. which they do but thats not the point. they should know all the answers about the products theyre selling

I recently put in an order from to them (repeat customer here). I was told things would be shipped in different boxes, that's cool, as I ordered like 3 items. Slowly over the next 2 weeks or so I got everything. Was kinda disappointed about the delay's, as nothing was mentioned to be out of stock when I ordered.
Same exact issue with Buscher racing as well. Ordered, and it was 2 weeks before I got it, no one told me things were back-ordered.
Maybe I'm expecting too much.

Guys, I had a similar problem about a year ago. I got a hold of Justin and he made everything right. He was very sincere and apologetic and has given me superb service ever since. If you need to order something from them, order it through Justin. I have ordered a ton of stuff since then to give them a second chance and every order has been perfect and received in a few days. Just got some more things today from him actually. It is the answering service that has a hard time with the orders. Just ask for Justin and talk with him. He will take care of you.
As for this back order thing. I am seeing it alot lately and alot of vendors will not offer the info upfront. It is a way for them to secure a deal. Just ask upfront if the item is on backorder.
