Sports car = 2 doors

Sports sedan = 4 doors

Technically speaking, it doesn't really matta ...

Actually, it does matter - my bad! From an Insurance CO. standpoint .... a sedan is MUCH cheaper to insure ... at least according to my Insurance CO.

Who cares if it isn't a "sports car" per say, it kicks most sports cars ***!!

Similar to the BMW M5 (best 4 door sports sedan made ), it isn't a sports car but is SWEET and hauls major ***, low 13s bone stock!
I'd put the EVO 8 in the category below the M5 because it's not as big as an M5 (pretty big car iMO), I'd say the same category as the 330i and S4, and obviously it puts those cars to shame!

Like what they said. "Real" sports car are 2-doors(mclaren, ferrari, porche) and comes with big price tag. Those affordable 2-doors is what we call "sport coupe". And 4-doors are sport sedan.

BTW, if its sport car. Why would you have extra doors, two doors is more than enough. Sports car dont come with back seat and trunk.

Im "trippin" for a reason.

"Most" turbo cars looses it up top but have plenty of ***** down low. Not like the High-revving NA's which is the opposite, it pulls up-top but have anemic(sp) torque down low.

This is a bit far fetched. My WRX with a 3" turboback exhaust was very fast. I simply cannot believe an OZ could take a WRX unless the WRX was sicker than hell or the OZ was tricked beyond belief

The torque numbers for the VTecs are misleading. Those cars are fast all the way. My GSR with just a header and cat back ran 15.3 second 1/4 miles and I'm a terrible driver. With a supercharger it went 14.1 at 99.3 mph (that's with 2.5 60' times..)

I read some rag the other day where they were featuring several fast Civics. I think 3 all motors and 2 blown... I was very surprised to see these cars were all running in the mid 12s!! and one was expecting to run in the 10's Sure, these were very trick cars but some were everyday cars too. Don't sell them all short and don't be surprised if one of them hands you your butt in a drag race sometime.....
