i just went through the most rediculous thing ever. Im almost at my exit on I-15. This older exclipse notices the EVO and tries to race. I move over to the far right lane and slow down, to let him know, no dice.My gas light had just come on. This idiot in a van sees this and damn near takes the whole side of my car out. he cut me off so bad, the only thing i could do was take the shoulder as to not get taken out. The exclipse sees this and thinks good to go. He/she(didnt look over) is now two or so cars ahead. I throw on my blinker to let him/her know that im just minding my own business.
So i get off my exit and head to shell. This idiot in the van follows me there. I'm thinking, i am going to be fighting in one minute. Turns out the idiot is a rent-a-cop. He says, i just wanted to see who you are so i can report you. i asked for what, and he states passing on the shoulder. I asked him if he realized he damn near took me out, and that i wasnt having my 30,000$ car taken out by some van. He starts calling me a kid, and grow up. The whole time im calling him sir. I kindly let him know, that he almost hit me, and that im no kid. I ask him for his badge number. He states that he doesn't have one. He is a air force reserve being a cop on the side. I kindly let him know that i am 22yrs old, married, with a baby on the way. I work for a behavorial hospital with troubled "kids" 5 days a wk. His mouth dropped. He stated " you are?"
I told him, that that other car was trying to race me, and if he noticed, i kept pushing my brakes to get away from him. I also let him know that he just added to the danger by reacting so irrationally. Before i told him about my age,wife and upcoming baby, he was telling me some story about some kids racing on the shoulder, and running into a parked car. I told him," well you ran me there." It was funny, after he started being a d*ck, i told him i was a law abiding individual, with a wife and baby, and he starts kissing my a**. " oh sorry, i wasnt trying to talk down to you", and " oh, two to ten, thats a good shift!"
I got his name, and am now going to report him to the sheriffs office. thanks for reading. rant over..................................

I just got of the phone with the Liutinet (sp?) and he will be reprimanded tomorrow. I now am really pissed. I've always read stories like this, and thought, "glad it didnt happen to me." ha, thats funny. but atleast next time he sees a fast looking car, he will think twice and and watch his words
