Sounfs like a "stalker" to me, they have laws about that now. Just report that he cut you off, followed you home, represented himself as an officer and refused to show you any "official" ID. That should get his *** fried. I wouldn't say anythig else about the circumstances.

 

I would have done one of two things there>1)Kick his a$$ right then and there or 2)Call the cops on the spot

 

You should have told him that you were going to report him for trying to run you off the road. Why do cops or wanna-be cops have to be such ******? I just don't get it. Maybe it is the only way to make up for their inadequate genitalia.
