Went for my first Ride in the EVO VIII
Well guys i have to say i went for a beater ride in an EVOIII yesterday with one of the Master techs at the local Mitsu dealer and we not very impressed at all with the performance dont get me wrong this car is quick but it gave a horrible ride and takes the turbo a light year to spool up and the front bumper has got to go but the rest of the car is flawless other than the almost identical interior as the OZ with some very slight changes dash pannals, steeringwheel and seats . She did not like to be speed shifted or shifted quickly and when u did shift hard at high RPM the rear differental made such a loud banging noise it was funny to us nether one of us would spend a cent over 21-23G's on this car but this is just my opinion but dont think i dont like the car im just stateing that it is not what i expected and definantaly not worth the $35,000 that was on the window sticker 
Well im happy with my Lancer , guys all the money we saved buying or OZ model we can make it faster and look better than the Evo VIII figure if ya baught the OZ for 18 G's u saved urself another 17G's to do it up im compairing this to a window sticker on the EVO of 35G's and i hear some are even more

Seriously, find a way into the drivers seat I think you might like it better from that side.

You don't need to make up stories to try and justify your Lancer if indeed you actually own one.
If it is true, please post the dealership name so a local EVO owner can alert the dealership to the irresponsible stupidity of one of their employees who should be canned. Other than that enjoy your Lancer and stop trying to think for other people.

What the hell are you talking about?? I took a 30sec ride in SilverEVO8's EVO and I was like "OMG this is the best thing since sliced bread" I was sold right there on the spot, and it was even below 5500rpm!! I'm getting my EVO in less than a year myself. Have to pay down this POS OZ
