Can't find a post through the searches that actually give the details on how to install this kit, can you help please????

I have looked at the posts on installing as well, but no one has a picture of the wiring for the controller box.

One of the wires has a fuse that is soldered on, does that go to the fuse box under the steering column? (looked a little too big for that spot)

Did you guys just cut that off and connect to a power wire?

That goes straight into the fuse box in front of your left knee. It replaces the fuse that is already there (wiper fuse).
