I was just outside smoking a cigarette when a silver evo 5 or 6, i think it was a 5, drove by my store. i ran down the block to meet him on the corner and asked him if it was a real evo or a conversion, he told me REAL. it was LHD, widebody. when he pulled away i heard his BOV. wow it was beautiful. if anyone knows if this car was real or a conversion please let me know. i didn't think they made any LHD evo 5s. wow, im speachless.

its a mirage 1.5l with no engine work.

 

no, this was an evo vented hood, same color as the car. the guy was asian and i heard it's blow off valve. it was def. turbo. i've seen that kid anthony's car, sick but not this one. this had like 20 spoke rims.

 

theres only 1 real evo that ive seen in ny, it is a RHD silver evo 5 with kicked in intercooler and keyed, scratched paint.

 

yea i think that's jigga's. this wasn't that either.

can some1 explain to me plz what LHD and RHD (or whatever else there is) means ?? plz, cuz otherwise i feel ignorant in conversations such as these

 

RHD = Right Hand Drive
LHD =Left Hand Drive

 

RHD is common in countries such as the UK and others that have been colonized by the Brits, such as India, Pakistan, Hong Kong, South Africa, Japan, etc. 33% of the world's population drives RHD cars.

LHD is what we use, and its common in mainland Europe and the rest of the world.

i am the owner of the Lancer Evolution IV GSR. i remember when Smoktout came out and said wassup to me and to check out the evolutionm.net site. yes it is a real Evolution IV i had it converted from right to left hand drive for insurance purposes. only my dash is a mirage to match the vin # of a mirage so i dont have to register it as an evo and pay for luxury insurance. So i save mad money from insurance cuz they think its a mirage.
