Any dealer mark up is too much. That price is ridiculously too much especially for things that are standard and nitrogen filled tires are not worth $200. You could probably get them filled with nitrogen locally for under $20.
GUYS GUYS GUYS, I got my 06 evo 9 for 28,559 and my car just got off the truck with the foam and plastic on the seats. Thats right, no one ever sat in it but me. Out the door with ttl, gap insurance, and lowjack it came up to 32955.

The salesmen tell me all this BS about nitrogen filled tires and pinstripes etc. Anyone in FL that knows of a good dealer with MSRP or below prices?

Don't buy any Evo at those ridiculous prices, it makes it bad for all of us.
Try to find a dealership that has plenty of evo's on the lot and they will
be more likely to deal with you. It's funny, when they first came out you
could find several on the lots in my area, now your lucky to find one or two.
If i move up to a 06 evo, will probably fly out to CA to buy and drive back
making a vacation out of it......

Wow that makes me happy I got my car at such a good deal. I was thinking about getting an 06 when I got my 05 but honeslty I can't stand the 06 front bumper and to me it seems like they cheapened up some of the quality parts and charged more money on the 06's. Sure the car a slight bit more power but I'm not gonna pay 5k+ for damn mivec when in a couple years every performance shop will have kits to install mivec on an evo 8. I got my 05 gsr w/ ssl for 29,500 +ttl. If i'm gonna pay 30,000 for a car that's almost already stipped down i'm going to go all out and get the leather seats, sound system, and sunroof. For those of you out there who say a sunroof doesn't belong on a sports car (there are actually some idiot evo owners out there who say that) well neither does 4 doors. The thing still drives like a Porshe and when it comes to modding my car ain't going to be any different than the next guy with a stripped down RS. That's just my 2 cents. If you want a evo 9 for a good price go to a reputable dealer. It's obvious that dealer doesn't sell alot of evo's.
Hey Mark, those are some awesome prices you guys have over there. I'd definitely go over but the thing is I have a leased car due in about 2.5 yrs. Obviously I don't want to wait that long before I can get the Evo..what would you suggest?
