Great CS From RnR
This is dedicated to Ryan for being so great to me.
So here's the deal:
I ordered a full TBE with 02 housing from RnR way back in November or so. When the package comes, I'm scared as hell. UPS must have been playing football or something with it because there's parts of the exhaust ripped through the cardboard. Luckily, the only thing that was damaged was some of the mounting stuff. So I email Ryan saying what happened because I really REALLY dont want to deal with making a UPS claim. He says send the damaged stuff out and he'll ship off replacements as soon as he gets them. Well, I being the bum that I am dont do anything until this Feb. I email him asking for his address and boom. He says he'll just send out replacement parts. No questions asked, no trying to get extra money off me. This was my first time dealing with a vendor from evom and I can't say I could have expected any better from a company. THANKS RYAN! As soon as I get the exhaust installed this weekend (hopefully) I'll post how it feels/sounds.

Hey awesome stuff man. I am glad ryan and the rest of the rnr crew have stepped up everything. It seems they are doing great and are making alot of customers happy. I hope they keep it up and I am looking forward to them doing some great things for our community. Thanks for sharing with us your story.
