Same thing happened to me when I had a ACT 6 puck installed. I was told that the ACD pump was probably damaged and that a new one is $1600.

That's why you're not supposed to have the clutch changed in an 05/06 unless you go to Mitsubishi or unless the shop has a MUT-III tool, or unless the shop knows how to do it without draining the ACD. Your lights are on because your ACD wasn't bled. It's not broken, but you need to get it bled. If that shop you went to doesn't have a clue about that, then you need to let them know they shouldn't be doing 05/06 Evo clutches in the future until they learn about this.

OH YES! I remember now! You need the MUT-8 tool there is an "BLEED" option on the tool, you hit the button and the guy under the car bleeds it

Not yet, just happened last weekend. I had the system bled by tuning technologies here in california (they weren't the ones who did the clutch), and that didn't do the trick. For now I just have to deal with a mostly FWD evo.

ohhh....But the dealership around here wouldn't put in a aftermarket clutch so I had to go to a performance shop...But I had no idea about this mut-III thing......Maybe the dealership will do that..

It can be done without the tool but not everyone can do it. The guy that installed my act and fidanza two weeks ago didn't use the tool but he knows how to do it. Don't drive the car around like that until you can have someone bleed it properly. You can always go to a dealer but you always take the chance of them voiding the warranty.

Couldnt you just tell them you need the ACD bled? You think they will actually take the extra time to open up the tranny and look for the clutch?

They won't open it up but they're going to know it wasn't done by a dealership so they might be d*cks and give you problems. Bottom line is you need to get it done so if the dealer is your only bet than you have to go. No matter where you end up going get it done or it's going to get expensive.
