back from the dead lol....is there any update on this?? and the post i quoted is right...now, if it was your fault and your insurance wasnt aware there were aftermarket items on the car, they wouldnt necessarily have to cover it. but since its someone else hit your car, their insurance has to cover it...if he doesnt have enough coverage hope you have under-insured coverage and go after him!!!
I would've been bawling like a little kid who didn't get the toy they wanted.
Even when you do park out in the boonies (away from everyone else) some a$$hole just has to park right next to you when there are 100's of other spots available. It really is another one of the WTF moments.

Thats ****ing wack. If we keep it on the low down I'll shoot that *** for you with my SIG. How could he hit you that hard in a freaking parking lot? I'm really sorry about your car dude. Make him pay any way that you can, or kill him.
Looks like they cut the wheel too hard to the left when backing out of the space to your drivers side... That sucks man, bet you can find some of your paint on the front bumper / fender to make the case if the tapes do not, of course they probably won't drive it up there again until they fix it.
